Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping:

  - Delivery Time: 6-10 business days
  - Shipping Cost: Free for all customers
- International:
  - Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  - Shipping Cost: Free for all customers

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Incorrect Address Policy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost.
- If the order is not reshipped, a restocking fee of 25% of the order total will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Restocking Fee Policy:

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the order total.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original packaging.
- Returned within 120 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
